Founded by food veteran Chef Gracie Nguyen (Asian Box Restaurant Chain, Gracie Jones Bakery) and Cook Book editor Jeannet Kiessling, the Silicon Valley start-up created Superfood Deli Cuts for anyone who loves a good sandwich and wants to eat healthy.  Our products are non-GMO, organic, low-carb, low-fat, rich in protein and taste great on any sandwich: A perfect combination of veggie and protein in one. No food colorings, no preservatives, no animals harmed – promised! We follow a zero-waste and low-carbon-footprint policy.
